Seiya Suzuki Chicago Cubs Right Fielder

Seiya Suzuki is rapidly establishing himself as the Cubs' most clutch hitter as the season progresses. We are all aware of his defensive skills, but now he is stepping up as the team's go-to player in critical moments, which is a much-needed asset for a squad that struggles to deliver big hits in tough situations. Below are some of his cards from Japan and his Topps rookie card.

Hiroshima Toyo Carp

Just a side note: my dad was stationed there for a year after the war. I still have the money they issued to the Marines for spending in the area. He would be thrilled to see a player from that region become a favorite for the Cubs.
