The first 500 cards were part of the Heritage Series that was released March 3rd. The final 225 cards are part of the High Number Series that was released on September 21st.

Jon Lester started game one of the world series. Home plate umpire Larry Vanover expanded the strike zone for the Cleveland Indians. Cub players lay off those pitches, but the ump kept calling them strikes. Jon Lester had no shot in that game because of the expanded zone in Cleveland. Future hall of famer

Dexter Fowler made history with his at-bat for being the first black player to play for the Cubs in a World Series. That's sad! Lead-off game seven blast set the tone to break the 108 year drought, including so called two curses. 1918 series and the billy goat.

SAYHAY was credited with leading an inspiring players-only meeting during a 17-minute rain delay near the end of Game 7 of the 2016 World Series. The Cubs eventually won the game 8-7 after 10 innings This card is a short print SP

David Ross in final game, Cubs catcher becomes oldest player to homer in Game 7 of a World Series
utility man Ben Zobrist hit .357 and drove in go-ahead run in 10th inning of Game 7, and was named the 2016 World Series MVP.
Albert Almora base running skill was highlighted at game 7 and helped the Cubs first World Series since 1908.
