The size of the cards are standard-size 2 ½ x 3 ½Basic Features
The first 45 cards, which comprise the Diamond Kings and Rated Rookies subsets, were short printed and inserted at a 1:6 pack ratio. Base cards had many parallels, which made it fun to fill out the set. The fronts feature an action shot with the Donruss logo in the upper right corner and the player's name and position in the lower right corner. The reverse of the 2016 Donruss has normal bio, last year's, and career stats. There is a short blurb about the players' careers. Cubs has one variation card in the set, which was randomly inserted.This year's inserts are plentiful and include relics, autographs, and fantastic vintage card designs from Donruss 1982.
