Basic Features

The anticipation surrounding the release of Heritage stems from its exceptional design. The 2024 Cards will showcase both present-day stars and iconic players, all presented in a style reminiscent of the beloved 1975 design. As always, collectors will have the opportunity to acquire various parallels of these cards. However, assembling a complete Heritage set will undoubtedly pose a significant challenge.

In recent years, the base set has consistently included 100 short prints, with a distribution rate of approximately 1:3 packs. However, a significant change has been implemented regarding the placement of these SPs within the checklist. Previously, they were positioned towards the end of the set, but now they have been relocated to the beginning.

The card fronts exhibit vibrant colors, featuring a color portrait enclosed within a two-color border that is divided at the center of the card. The team name is prominently displayed in block letters along the upper border, while the players' names are listed along the bottom. A baseball icon, positioned near the bottom corner of the card, indicates the player's position. Additionally, the front of the card includes a facsimile autograph. On the other hand, the backs of the cards are adorned with red and green hues, presenting comprehensive statistics, an entertaining cartoon trivia fact, and a concise biography.

If you were a part of the Holiday Inn Priority Club and had the chance to stay at a Holiday Inn hotel from May 31, 2007, to July 30, 2007, you would have been rewarded with a special treat. For every night you stayed, you would have received a pack of four cards. Inside each pack, you would find three base cards and one exclusive Cal Ripken, Jr. insert. It was a great way to make your stay even more memorable!

2007 Fleer Ultra Chicago Cubs Checklist

2008 Fleer Ultra has 250 cards which there are 6 Cubs players

Basic Features

Fleer made its debut with the Ultra set in 1991. Later in 2005, Upper Deck took over Fleer, ensuring the continuation of this tradition. In 2007, the Ultra series featured a single set (#1-250) with a distinctive silver Holofoil design around the player names and the Ultra logo. The first 200 cards highlighted seasoned players, while Ultra Rookies #201-237 and Lucky 13 #238-250 were limited edition prints.

Prepare to be amazed by the numerous parallels and inserts that I'm about to list below. There's an abundance of collectibles to discover here, making it an unforgettable experience. And let's not forget, the Cubs were at the top of their game during this time!

Basic Features

Within this set, you will find a selection of players who were drafted in the 2008 MLB Draft, as well as other up-and-coming prospects. Just like all the Donruss-Playoff products during that period, it does not possess the official licenses from either MLB Properties or the MLBPA. Consequently, you won't find any active MLB players featured in this collection. Instead, the players are depicted wearing either airbrushed jerseys or college jerseys.

The back of the card features the player's name, 2008 statistics, and an intriguing blurb about the player. One fascinating aspect of Donruss is how some of these players went on to become great ballplayers, while others have been forgotten. All the autographs in this set are found in the last 100 cards.
