1966 -1967 Pro's Pizza Chicago Cubs Checklist

Who would ever collect these weird, mostly unknown cubs memorabilia? Well, I do, and if you do, then you're a hard-core Cubs collector.

Let's face it, they're pizza boxes, and I remember walking around Wrigley, finding some of these and bringing them home. The stinky boxes lasted about a week before getting tossed in the garbage. Even though I protested greatly, I lost the battle. Traumatizing experience, to say the least!

Pro's Pizza was a concessionaire stand at Wrigley Field selling individual serving-size pizzas featuring player pictures on their lidsThe 1966 pizza boxes were around 6x6 inches and had a black-and-white photo with white-and-red stripes with some kind figures on the right side.

Ron Santo was involved in management at the time this set was issued.
